This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how NEW BUILDING CORPORATION LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you use Hubz AI, our mobile application that enables generation of images and videos using third-party APIs, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Inputs: prompts, text, settings, and other information you submit to generate content.
• Reference media: photos/images, audio, and videos you upload or select to guide generation (where supported).
• Generated content: outputs (images/videos) you generate; we may store outputs to provide the Service (e.g., history, downloads, re-generation) depending on app settings.
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: device type, OS version, language, time zone, app events and interaction data.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance logs.
• Push token: if you enable notifications, a device token for delivering push notifications.

2.3 Authentication data

We require sign-in to use the Service. You can sign in using Sign in with Apple and/or Google. We process the minimal information necessary for authentication (such as tokens/identifiers).

2.4 Tracking data (IDFA) – only with your permission

If you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT), we may access Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for marketing attribution and measurement (e.g., to understand which campaigns led to installs/subscriptions). If you do not allow tracking, we do not use IDFA for these purposes.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features;
• Process your requests and generate images/videos and related outputs;
• Deliver purchased entitlements (subscriptions, credits) and prevent fraud/abuse;
• Provide support and communicate with you;
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience (analytics/diagnostics);
• Measure marketing performance and attribution (where ATT/IDFA permission is granted);
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers

The Service uses a third-party aggregator, xskill.ai, which routes generation requests to one or more third-party model providers. We may share your Inputs, reference media, and related metadata with xskill.ai and the routed model provider(s) to generate outputs for you.

Examples of model providers. Depending on availability and routing, providers may include: Kling, Nano Banana, Seedance, Hailuo, Seedream, and others. We may change providers over time.

Important: Third-party providers may process and retain data according to their own policies and terms. Please do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable sharing with third parties.

5. Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as:

• Payments and subscriptions: Apple (In-App Purchases);
• Analytics & crash diagnostics: Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics; Amplitude;
• Attribution/measurement: AppsFlyer (may use IDFA where you grant ATT permission);
• AI routing/aggregation: xskill.ai;
• Hosting/storage/CDN: providers that store or deliver generated media (as applicable).

No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), subject to applicable law.

6. International Transfers

The Service is available worldwide. Our service providers may process information in different countries, and your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention may vary depending on the feature, your settings (e.g., whether history is enabled), and third-party provider policies.

8. Your Choices

• Tracking (ATT/IDFA): you can allow or deny tracking in the ATT prompt and later change it in iOS settings.
• Notifications: you can enable/disable push notifications in iOS settings.
• Photos/Camera/Microphone: you can grant or revoke permissions in iOS settings; some features may not work without them.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
