This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how NEW BUILDING CORPORATION LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you use Hubz AI, our mobile application that enables generation of images and videos using third-party APIs, our website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We require sign-in to use the Service. You can sign in using Sign in with Apple and/or Google. We process the minimal information necessary for authentication (such as tokens/identifiers).
If you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT), we may access Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for marketing attribution and measurement (e.g., to understand which campaigns led to installs/subscriptions). If you do not allow tracking, we do not use IDFA for these purposes.
The Service uses a third-party aggregator, xskill.ai, which routes generation requests to one or more third-party model providers. We may share your Inputs, reference media, and related metadata with xskill.ai and the routed model provider(s) to generate outputs for you.
Examples of model providers. Depending on availability and routing, providers may include: Kling, Nano Banana, Seedance, Hailuo, Seedream, and others. We may change providers over time.
Important: Third-party providers may process and retain data according to their own policies and terms. Please do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable sharing with third parties.
Certain features of the Service allow you to upload photos or videos that may contain your face or the faces of other individuals (“Face Data”). We process Face Data only when you choose to submit such media through the App for the purpose of generating the image or video output requested by you.
We collect only the photos or videos that you upload through the App. Depending on the feature you use, uploaded media may include an image of your face or another individual’s face.
We do not collect Face Data from your device automatically or without your action. We do not use Face Data for identity verification, authentication, surveillance, advertising, or user profiling.
We use uploaded Face Data solely to process your generation request and produce the image or video output requested by you.
To provide this functionality, uploaded photos or videos may be processed using neural-network-based image and video generation services. Depending on the selected feature, technical availability, and routing configuration, the models used for processing may include Kling v3, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Flux 2 Pro, Seedream 4.5, Hailuo 2.3, and other comparable models that may be added, replaced, or updated over time.
The processing is performed exclusively to generate the requested visual result. We do not use Face Data to identify an individual or to make decisions about a user based on automated processing.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or disclose Face Data to third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or other unrelated commercial purposes.
To complete your request, Face Data may be transmitted only to service providers that are technically necessary to deliver the requested functionality. These providers may include Firebase Cloud Storage for temporary cloud storage, xskill.ai for routing generation requests, and the AI model providers used to generate the requested output.
Uploaded Face Data is temporarily stored in Firebase Cloud Storage while your request is being processed.
Uploaded Face Data is retained by us only for the period reasonably necessary to complete the requested image or video generation process and deliver the result to you.
After the processing is completed and the generated result is delivered, the uploaded Face Data is deleted from our Firebase Cloud Storage and is no longer retained by us.
We do not maintain a permanent archive of uploaded Face Data on our systems. Where technically necessary, temporary copies may remain for a limited period as part of secure deletion procedures, backup rotation, fraud prevention measures, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as:
No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), subject to applicable law.
The Service is available worldwide. Our service providers may process information in different countries, and your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention may vary depending on the feature, your settings (e.g., whether history is enabled), and third-party provider policies.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
